Manufacturer EFT File Update

The TPA was notified of five bank account changes that needed to be made to the current EFT file. These changes were made and a new file was distributed today, January 23, 2015.

 

Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt. For these five records, we have updated the banking information and the EFT Effective Date column with 01/23/2015. Please click on the link below for specific details of the changes.
